At CMN GND, we keep it simple, welcoming, and supportive from the moment you walk through the door.

CMN GND’s week is designed to keep things simple and effective, BUILD runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday with strength-focused sessions that build muscle and confidence, GRIND hits Tuesday with high-energy conditioning, FUSE on Fridays blends strength and cardio, and Saturdays come together in The Assembly, our signature community workout. For best results, we recommend training 3–5 sessions per week, mixing strength and conditioning to create balance, build momentum, and help you see real, sustainable progress.

    • Show you around

    • Explain the session flow

    • Answer any questions

You’ll never be thrown in without guidance.

Before You Arrive

Classes run for 45-50 minutes

  • Every session includes:

    • A guided warm-up

    • Clear movement demos

    • Coaching, cues, and options

  • You’ll train in a group, but at your own level

  • Need to scale something? No problem, that’s what we’re here for

You won’t feel lost, judged, or rushed.

During Class

Stick around for a chat, we love feedback

  • Coaches are happy to:
