At CMN GND, we keep it simple, welcoming, and supportive from the moment you walk through the door.

At CMN GND, our week is designed to keep things simple, supportive, and effective - especially if you’re just getting started.
We run BUILD on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, focusing on strength to help you feel stronger and more confident. GRIND on Tuesdays brings the energy with fun, high-intensity conditioning, while FUSE blends strength and cardio to keep things balanced. On Saturdays, everything comes together in The Assembly, our signature community workout where everyone trains together.
For best results, we recommend training around 3–5 sessions per week, mixing strength and conditioning at your own pace. There’s no pressure to be perfect - just show up, stay consistent, and let us guide you toward real, sustainable progress.
