Whether the focus is upper body, lower body, or full body, BUILD is about training with intent and laying strong foundations.

Focused upper-body strength training designed to build lean muscle and real strength. Expect controlled compound lifts, accessory work, and machine-based exercises targeting the chest, back, shoulders, and arms.

A strength-led lower-body session focused on developing the glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Built around barbell compounds, supported by accessories and machines, with a strong emphasis on progression.

A complete full-body strength session to round out the week. Balanced training across upper body, lower body, and core using heavy compound lifts, smart accessory work, and machines.
