Founder of CMN GND
The driving force behind its community-first approach to training. With a background in fitness, business, and leadership, his passion is creating spaces where people feel supported, challenged, and genuinely welcomed.
After relocating from Perth to Melbourne, Daley built CMN GND with one clear vision - to remove ego and intimidation from fitness and replace it with connection, confidence, and real results. He believes great training is about more than just physical progress; it’s about belonging, consistency, and showing up for yourself and others.
You’ll usually find Daley on the floor, checking in with members, sharing a laugh, or grabbing a coffee post-session - always focused on making CMN GND feel like home.
HEAD COACH
The backbone of our training programs. With a strong focus on smart programming, great technique, and long-term progress, he’s passionate about helping members get stronger, move better, and build confidence in and out of the gym.
Known for his calm leadership and attention to detail, Dave ensures every session is structured, safe, and effective - while still being challenging and fun. He takes pride in creating workouts that meet people where they’re at and help them steadily improve, no matter their starting point.
Whether he’s coaching on the floor, refining programs behind the scenes, or supporting the team, Dave plays a huge role in making CMN GND a place where people feel capable, motivated, and supported every day.
COACH
Maddy is one of the friendly faces that helps make CMN GND such a welcoming place to train. Known for her positive energy and genuine care for members, she’s passionate about creating sessions where everyone feels supported, confident, and motivated.
She has a great ability to connect with people at all stages of their fitness journey, making sure no one feels left behind or unsure. Whether it’s encouraging you through a tough set, celebrating your wins, or checking in after class, Maddy brings warmth, enthusiasm, and consistency to every session.
Her focus is simple - helping members feel good about showing up, enjoying the process, and becoming stronger both physically and mentally.
COACH
Luke brings a strong blend of knowledge, passion, and energy to the CMN GND coaching team. With a background in sport science and athletic development, he’s driven by helping members train with purpose, move well, and build real confidence in their abilities.
He has a great way of breaking things down simply, making challenging movements feel achievable and progress feel realistic. Whether you’re training for performance, building strength, or just getting fitter for life, Luke meets you where you’re at and pushes you to be your best.
Known for his upbeat attitude and commitment to the crew, Luke plays a key role in keeping sessions high-quality, motivating, and aligned with the CMN GND culture.
